Capsule

More than an archive. It’s Reminiscence Therapy.

Reminiscence therapy is an intervention technique used with people who have a memory disorder, by asking about their life history. For example, if an older person sees an old photo or a vintage car, then they may be asked if they remember when the photo was taken, or if they knew anyone who had a car like that.

Capsule is designed to support families navigating memory loss by turning a loved one’s stories, voice, and personality into an interactive, comforting presence. For individuals experiencing dementia or cognitive decline, familiar memories can spark connection, reduce anxiety, and improve mood — a core principle of reminiscence therapy.

With Capsule, families can record meaningful moments and stories while they’re still accessible. Over time, the AI helps surface those memories in gentle, familiar ways that encourage recognition and emotional grounding.

We’re proud to partner with Tucker Senior Life Care, where Capsule is being explored as a modern companion for seniors, caregivers, and families. Together, we’re building tools that support dignity, continuity, and connection — even as memories change.
